Nullity

They will remain in force in everything else, considering that such conditions or the amount affected are not in place.

For such purposes, the General Conditions of Access and Use will only cease to be valid exclusively concerning the null or ineffective provision. No other part or provision of the same will be annulled, invalidated, harmed or affected by such nullity or ineffectiveness, except that being essential would have to involve the General Conditions of Access and Use integrally.

Modifications

tbb Agency reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Access and Use content at any time without prior notice or communication.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The General Conditions of Access and Use will be governed and interpreted following Spanish law.

Any dispute that may arise between tbb Agency and Web users will be resolved, with the parties expressly waiving their jurisdiction, by the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
